Please fill out this form so we can get the most accurate freight quote possible for your situation. This will help ensure we don't have to come back later and ask you for money because the freight company adds on additional charges for unknown factors at the delivery address location.
PLEASE NOTE: There is more info that may be helpful down below the form if you're not sure about some of the fields.
Definition of Commercial Address
Commercial addresses are those defined by freight carriers as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are commercially zoned buildings. Most commercial sites have tractor-trailer access and a loading dock.
Definition of Residential Address
Any business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a residential address. Home based businesses and farms are considered residential by our freight carriers. In most cases, our freight carrier will contact you to make an appointment before delivery is attempted to a residential address.
Freight carriers look at most rural deliveries as "Residential" especially if it is going to a farm or a ranch. However, they have specific rates for some other types of addresses that they consider non-commercial but are obviously not residential either. That list includes but is not limited to the following types of locations:
Airport, Church, Construction/Utility Site, Container Freight Station, Correctional Facility, Country Club, Golf Course, Government Site, Gun Range/Club, Hotel, Military Base, Mine/Quarry, Nursing Home, Pier/Wharf, School, Shopping Mall, Storage Facility.
Liftgate service is required for those addresses not equipped with a loading dock or a forklift. Freight Carriers will not let you roll the tires off the truck and are not allowed to assist you in unloading besides lowering the liftgate. Failure to add liftgate service to your order when required will cause further delays as the freight company will require authorization from us to add it.
This option is required for limited access locations (schools, government bases, etc.) or locations where the delivery will need to be done inside a building.
